Kingswood Builders Group Ltd. has done work for Simon Fraser Hills Phase 3 for the last 10 years. The office staff are courteous, forthcoming and very informative. Quotes are received in a timely manner. Once contractors are on site, work is performed as per quote. Should an unforeseen problem arise during construction, recommendations are presented to us, prior to continuation of project.

Responded quickly to the request for a quote. Came in competitive. All correspondence was timely and professional. Crew was tidy and efficient. Most importantly, the build was top notch. We gave them one significant change order. They pivoted quickly and dealt with it expeditiously. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or hire them again. Job well done.

Bathroom Renovations

Kingswood completely renovated two of our bathrooms about 3 weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier. Peter was very flexible with us acquiring our own fixtures and provided know how and fresh ideas from his various trades to help us complete the look. The vanities were picked up by them when it was time to install and the trades cycled through each step like clockwork. There were no surprises or hidden fees as they were on budget and on time. We will not hesitate using them for any future projects.

Home Renovation

I was so happy with Pete and his team’s renovation of my home 7 years ago that I called them again when my condo needed updating. They were professional, stayed on budget, finished the job on time and did not leave until I was happy with the finish. I would use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

Brew Pub Renovations

I heard about these guys from my plumber. They completed many renovations on commercial properties. They gutted it down to the bare walls, removed one stair case and then rebuilt another set of stairs and a landing in a different location. They removed a bathroom, including a separate shower. They built an L shaped bar. They cleaned up the area and enlarged it. There was a ton of demolition. They also put in two sets of french doors on different floors. They gave it a fresh face from front to back. I highly recommend – the service was excellent.

I got 3 quotes and this company’s was the fairest. The work was completed in 8 weeks. Excellent, excellent work, a job well done! The workers were great guys and punctual. Everything worked out perfectly; the painters, the plumbers, the whole crew were great.

Many Projects Over The Years

I was referred to this company by a neighbour. They’ve done 3 jobs for me in the past. The first was 20 years ago when they did an extension on my house. 3 years ago they redid my kitchen, tearing out the walls to make it open concept. Most recently Kingswood did my roof. I am very pleased with the price for the amount of work done. I am always happy with the quality of work done. I will be giving them a call again to do my basement! I would definitely recommend them.

House Exterior Renovation

Last year, we hired Peter to take on the task of redoing our home’s exteriors, which included the siding, windows and deck. The entire process has been a pleasure as Peter and his team succeeded in completing nearly everything before winter arrived. Peter’s team worked well and were very thorough. Although there are a few outstanding items left because of the weather, Peter made us aware that they will be completed come spring. We are very happy with the renovations and would most definitely recommend Peter to anyone who is looking into home renovations.

Main Floor Renovation

After 28 yrs in our home, it was time to update. We had driven past Kingswood Builders’ office many times over the years and decided to give them a call to see what they could do for us. After meeting with Peter, we knew immediately that he was the right man for the job. Our renovation included tearing down walls to create an open concept in the main living area, redoing the ceilings, a complete renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen, new flooring throughout the main floor, new railings on the staircase, and the re-facing of our fireplace. Peter and his crew did a fabulous job. We were very impressed by the quality of the workmanship. Everyone involved was very approachable and accommodating. The entire renovation was completed in a timely manner and on budget. Many thanks to Peter and his site foreman, Craig, for their expertise and professionalism.

Kitchen/Bathroom Reno

Peter was recommended to us by a family member who was very happy with a renovation project Peter coordinated for them a few years ago. Our project included the kitchen, main bathroom renovation, replacement of lights throughout, replacement of interior railing and interior/exterior paint. We were very impressed by the quality of the workmanship in most aspects of the job. Like with all renovations, there were ups and downs but Peter and his crew were very approachable and accommodating. They were ready and willing to tackle any problems that arose.
